3 Key Pillars To Building a Million Dollar SMM Facebook Ad Marketing Agency

Some business owners just don’t get it. They don’t realize that there’s a golden opportunity to boost their business sitting right in front of them.

For some reason, they think that the old methods of marketing still work. They’ll reach out to an expensive marketing agency in New York City. Maybe they helped them put out a few TV spots or printed out a few magazine ads for them.

That’s nice and all, but there’s no doubt that the game has changed. Thanks to changing technology, the traditional marketing methods have become a thing of the past.

You see, businesses need people like you who “get it.” People who understand the power of modern marketing. It’s up to you to reveal to your clients how you can help them boost sales with social media.

I want you to learn about the 3 key pillars I followed to build my own successful internet marketing agency. Why should you waste your time going through the trouble of figuring out what I’ve already mastered?

Pillar 1: Stabilizing Your Client and Cash Flow

You can’t build your own agency if you have no one lining up for your services! You need money to build and sustain your business, so building up your client base is one of your top priorities.

When you’re short on clients, you don’t have consistent cash flow. That means you’ll always be “short” on your resources—crippling your success. Without the right resources, you restrict the growth of your agency.

I know you have the right mindset for success. But your dream life of traveling around the world helping businesses make more money won’t even be possible if you don’t have clients!

Think about all of the businesses that don’t have a clue how to use social media. It’s up to you to take action and show them what they’re missing out on.

Now, in my case, I have a ton of clients who contact me because they want me to help them increase their ROI. I’ve put in the time to build my marketing agency from the ground up, so now I have the flexibility to be more “selective” with my clients.

This leads us to the second pillar.

Pillar 2: Attracting and Working With The Right Clients

Working with high-quality clients makes everything a lot easier. I know from experience that when everyone’s on the right page with expectations, this makes for a smoother workflow.

It doesn’t matter if you’re the best marketer in the world. If you’re working with a client that gives you unrealistic expectations you’re setting yourself up for failure.

That’s why you must attract the right clients to your agency. Make sure they’re clear on what you can do for them. Be certain that they’re a high-quality client you can build a long-term business relationship with too.

It’s okay to say no once you’ve got a ton of people approaching you for your help. You’re the boss. You make the decisions on how to run your agency, and you can’t be “the perfect fit” for everyone out there.

Working with high-quality clients builds your reputation too. They’ll share positive feedback about you with people they’re connected with in their network.

Plus, working with a high-profile client is also an excellent way to elevate your status up to “their level.”

It’s great that you can work with “smaller” clients too. But if they don’t have a large “brand” name that’s easily recognized, then it’s harder to build a name for yourself.

Pillar 3: Setting Up The Proper Business Processes

Even if you attract high-quality clients to work with, things can still fall apart if you don’t have the proper business system set up.

If you’re just starting out, it may seem like you’re far away from generating consistent client flow.

But eventually, you’ll be able to be selective with the clients you want to work with. You see, whenever I speak at a major marketing conference, I can instantly get 5-10 new clients.

And a major reason for why I’m able to do that is because I have the right systems and SOPs in place.

When you have a successful marketing agency that runs smoothly, clients will want to work with you even more.

But I knew I couldn’t do it overnight. So I invested over 10 grand and months of my time working with world-renowned experts that would refine my business processes.

When I started off, my agency worked with many clients in the 3k, 4k, and 5k a month range. My staff and I now have a clear definition of who we choose to work with now. For example, I only accept people who will pay us 10k a month and who are willing to build a long-term business relationship with us.

Expectations will change as your business grows, and that’s perfectly normal.
